We usually ship your order worldwide on the same day with Swiss Post and DHL Express. Please note the availability information for each product. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping methods
Swiss Post Economy
This is a cheaper but slower shipping option where you cannot track your order unless it is sent as a parcel.
Swiss Post Priority
Your order will be arriving a lot quicker with Swiss Post Priority shipping and you will receive a tracking number.
DHL Express
Worldwide shipping with DHL Express and you’ll get a tracking number for your order. All orders usually arrive within 1 business day in most European countries. Please see estimated delivery information at checkout.
Availability and delivery
We normally dispatch orders on the same day, provided that the article can be shipped from our warehouse and the order is placed by 2 p.m. We will notify you if an article cannot be delivered for any reason. Please also note that many delivery companies and couriers do not deliver parcels on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Shipping costs
The costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination. The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein with orders of over CHF 80.
Missing orders
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, we understand your impatience, but will most probably ask you for just some more waiting time. With international shipping, parcels sometimes take a bit longer than expected although we didn’t change a thing about sending them out. If you are still missing your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you. If you ordered with “Swiss Post Priority” or “DHL Express” shipping you can track your order with the link we have sent you in your shipping confirmation email.
