Delivery and shipping costs

We normally ship your order within 1 business days with Swiss Post to Switzerland and Liechtenstein when ordered with “Swiss Post Priority” (all other countries are listed below) or worldwide with “DHL Express”. We will contact you if your product can’t be shipped within the estimated time. Please see also the availability details with every product. We always do our best to complete orders as soon as possible.

Shipping methods

We ship with these shipping options:

Swiss PostSwiss Post Economy
This is a cheaper but slower shipping option and you cannot track your order. So if it is important to track your order please choose one of the following shipping options.

Swiss Post Priority
Your order will be arriving a lot quicker with Swiss Post Priority shipping and you will receive a tracking number.

DHLDHL Express
Worldwide shipping with DHL Express and you’ll get a tracking number for your order. All orders usually arrive within 1 business day in most European countries.

Local pickup in Zurich
You can pickup your order from our office here in Zurich. We will send you an E-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Please note: In the case of pickup orders, which need to be sent by Swiss Post at the request of the customer, a processing fee of CHF 10.00 will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.


Availability and delivery

We normally dispatch orders on the same day, provided that the article can be shipped from our warehouse and the order is placed by 2 p.m. We will notify you if an article cannot be delivered for any reason. Please also note that many delivery companies and couriers do not deliver parcels on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping costs

The costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination. The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein with orders of over CHF 80.

Missing orders

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, we understand your impatience, but will most probably ask you for just some more waiting time. With international shipping, parcels sometimes take a bit longer than expected although we didn’t change a thing about sending them out. If you are still missing your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you. If you ordered with “Swiss Post Priority” or “DHL Express” shipping you can track your order with the link we have sent you in your shipping confirmation email.
