Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we do! Customers of LOREM (not Ipsum) have come to be living all over Europe and even in Japan or Australia. However, some special requirements do apply due to the variety of shipping costs for different destinations. Contact us if you live outside Switzerland, The Principality of Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria, we will keep on finding ways to handle this.

How quickly do you ship?

Every order placed and paid before 11 a.m. is sent out on the same working day. This of course entails that the requested article is on stock, which is generally the case. If not, we let you know as quickly as possible – estimated shipping date included.

How do I pay?

Currently you can pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amexco) via PayPal or you can transfer the amount to our account (advance payment). On your credit card statement, you will find your purchase listed as sent to «Flint», that is because for the time being, we collaborate with Michaels design studio Flint for billing and payment management.

How much does shipping cost me?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the complete order and destination. Our shop system does automatically calculate shipping costs within Switzerland, The Principality of Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria. That’s why you cannot check out choosing another country so far. If you live somewhere else, drop us a line (you can use our friendly contact form) indicating the requested articles and your address. You’ll get information about shipping costs and payment details asap.

Why can’t I check out?

You might have noticed you cannot check out your cart choosing a country other than Switzerland, The Principality of Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria. It’s because the system can not yet calculate the estimated shipping costs outside those countries. But don’t give up hope, we will help you out: drop us a line using our handy contact form and indicating your order and where it should be sent. We will get back to you providing shipping cost and payment information.
