The New Order was founded in 2009, by James Oliver and Adam Bryce - best known for their involvement in launching and developing SLAMXHYPE, a groundbreaking online resource for street culture - The New Order aims to progress the evolution of subculture by drawing on the pair's dedication to advancement and originality. Since 2010, James Oliver has taken on the dual roles of publisher and editorial director for the magazine, bringing together a host of renowned contributors from all over the globe, while himself being based in Tokyo and working with his creative team there.
