Payment methods
You can pay by credit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer (payment in advance), as well as by TWINT and Apple Pay. The payment methods may vary by country; you can find more information on the specific options below. All articles shall remain in our possession until full payment is made and will only be dispatched when we have received the payment. When you opt to pay by any other payment method than bank transfer, you will receive a separate confirmation from the payment services provider by email in addition to our order confirmation.
Direct bank transfer
Payment in advance is available to customers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria. Your ordered products will be reserved for you for up to 14 days. If we do not receive payment within this period and after sending you a reminder by email, we will cancel the order to make the reserved copies available to other customers who might want to buy them.
Please note: Additional fees may be charged by your bank when choosing direct bank transfer (advance payment). You can also send us your payment with Transferwise.com to pay lower transfer fees.
Invoice
Payments with invoices are not possible at the moment. Instead, please opt for payment in advance (direct bank transfer) to our bank account or choose one of our other options.
Credit card
We accept credit card payments in partnership with our payment services provider Stripe. We currently accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA and American Express. LOREM (not Ipsum) will contribute 1% of all purchases via Stripe to remove CO2 from the atmosphere. Read more about it.
PayPal
With PayPal, you can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, direct debit and bank transfer. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal with a credit card. You can find more information on the payment methods provided by PayPal on this page. Please also read Paypal’s data privacy policy.
Apple Pay
You can use Apple Pay without having to create an account or register. Your credit card number is never stored on your device or our servers and Apple never shares your card details with the sellers during the payment process. For more information on Apple Pay, please see the Apple website.
TWINT
TWINT is a Swiss payment solution; all you need is a smartphone and the free TWINT app for iOS or Android. Here’s how it works: choose TWINT as your payment method in our shop. You will then see a six-digit code and a QR code. You can either scan the QR code using your smartphone or enter the six-digit code. Please look on this page if you need more details.
