Terms and Conditions
The operator of the shop and the websites loremnotipsum.com, help.loremnotipsum.com and all other related websites is FLINT, based in Zurich (Switzerland). The shop serves to market and sell printed publications worldwide.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). We reserve the right to revise or adjust the prices of our articles at any time. This also applies in connection with changes to the costs of products, postage or delivery made by third parties.
The prices of the articles do not include packaging or shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated automatically based on size and weight and indicated in your basket.
Customs and Import Fees
Extra duties and taxes may apply to your order. We will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer. All orders with a shipping destination outside Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein are charged without value added tax (VAT). Depending on the country, taxes and/or import fees may apply during the import, which are levied by the national post office or the courier company. Taxes and/or import fees may vary from country to country and must be paid by the buyer.
All gift cards are valid for two years as of their date of issue. A gift card cannot be redeemed after this deadline. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged and the value of a cannot be paid out in cash. A gift card order in our shop or on loremnotipsum.com is binding. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced and they can only be redeemed once. They are not personalised and can be transferred to other people. Gift cards are issued in Swiss francs.
Depending on the order and subject to availability, all subscriptions will be sent starting with the current or the next edition. We will notify you if an edition is no longer available.
Subscriptions are renewed automatically after one year. If you pay by credit card, the amount will be charged to it automatically if the subscription is not terminated in writing at least 30 days before the end date of the subscription. In this case, please send us a short email in good time. Alternatively, you can terminate your subscription in your user account on our website. Subscriptions cannot be refunded after they have been ordered.
The magazine ceases to be published
If a magazine ceases to be published during the selected subscription period, we will refund the remaining amount in full, either as refund or in the form of a coupon.
As a rule, we only accept orders through our online shop. We accept orders from all countries.
The majority of the products in our online shop are in stock in our warehouse. If an article is in stock and payment has been received, we will dispatch it within one day (for Switzerland and Liechtenstein; different delivery times apply for other countries). In some cases, a product might be temporarily sold out or unavailable. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy of the information on availability.
If some articles cannot be shipped at present, partial deliveries (up to two) may be made. You will receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as one or more articles have been shipped.
Some products are added to our range as soon as they are announced by the publisher.
Delays in delivery
We aim to ship your products to you as quickly as possible once we have received your payment. However, a delay in dispatching the products may arise under certain circumstances. We accept no liability for any delays in delivery caused by the publisher, manufacturer, distributor or any delivery company or courier.
Terms of payment
All payments for subscription orders (recurring payments) are processed with Stripe.com.
Orders with payment in advance
Please note that we can only reserve the ordered products for up to 14 days. If we do not receive payment within this period and after sending you multiple payment reminders by email, we will cancel the order and make the reserved articles available to other customers.
Retention of title
All articles shall remain in our possession until full payment is made and will only be dispatched when we have received the payment.

We ship all of our articles worldwide. The shipping costs are displayed automatically in your basket. You will receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as one or more articles have been shipped to you.
The costs of shipping depends on the weight of the product and the destination. The exact shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
Availability and delivery time
We normally dispatch orders on the same day as long as the article is in stock and the order is placed by 2 p.m. (this only applies to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein). Should an article be unavailable or should difficulties arise in connection with the delivery, we will of course notify you. Please also note that many delivery companies and couriers do not deliver parcels on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, deliveries are currently made by Swiss Post. Deliveries abroad are made by DHL Express or the postal company of the country in question.
Changes of address
Please notify us of any changes of address or name in writing (by email or using our contact form). You are not entitled to a replacement or compensation if an order or subscription cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information. The costs of a repeated delivery can also be charged to the buyer.
Orders that cannot be delivered
If a buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the order cannot be delivered or is not passed on to a forwarding address, the repeated delivery of that order can be charged to the buyer. If an order cannot be delivered and is not sent back to us, the operator of the shop is not obliged to provide a replacement or compensation. The customer is free to place the order again and pay (provided that all of the products are available). We accept no responsibility for postal deliveries (letters or parcels) that do not arrive due to incomplete or incorrect address information. Choose the ‘Priority’ delivery method when placing your order to ensure that the goods are handed over to you and you alone. This delivery method provides you with a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery at any time.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time please allow a few days more for your order to arrive. In some cases orders arrive a few days later than expected. If you are still missing your order please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
We always recommend to choose a shipping method with tracking details to make sure that your order will arrive without any problems. If you choosed a shipping option without tracking details we will not be able to track your order and therefore we cannot give you a refund in case your order got lost.
Subsequent change of shipping method
In the case of pickup orders, which are to be sent by Swiss Post at the request of the customer, a processing fee of CHF 10.00 will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
Exchanges and returns
If an article is defective, we will exchange it free of charge (provided that it is available for delivery). If the article is no longer available, it can be sent back to us. We will then provide a refund or issue a gift card for the amount in question. Alternatively, we can also issue a gift card for the difference if the buyer does not want to return the article and agrees to a discount. In any case, please report any defects to us within seven days of receiving the article.
Damage during delivery
We accept no liability for damage that occurs during shipment and transportation by Swiss Post or any other carrier, courier or forwarding agent. In this case, we recommend that you contact the company directly in order to report the damage.
You have 14 days right of withdrawal and 14 days to send the good back, due to the EU consumer law. The goods must be in flawless condition and still in their original packaging. We will not accept articles that have been damaged, soiled or modified by customers. The sender (the customer) must normally pay the costs of returning damaged, wrongly delivered or erroneously ordered goods. If goods are damaged, the buyer will be reimbursed with the cost of the prepaid postage for the packages. We will invoice the sender for all parcels sent freight collect.
Terms & Conditions
The B2B programme is only available to business customers; registration is free. Discount codes intended for B2B customers may not be given to or used by other persons as the B2B programme is only available to registered business customers. We reserve the right to exclude business customers from our B2B programme.
Promotions published on loremnotipsum.com, on social media or in any other way are not valid for B2B products.
Subscriptions can only be cancelled with effect from the end of the selected period. For example, a subscription that is due to run for two years cannot be cancelled early. In addition, a notice period of 30 days before the end of the subscription period applies.

All amendments and supplements affecting these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. We reserve the right to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Swiss law applies.
