Pressing Matters magazine is an independently-run publication, honing in on the people, passion and processes behind the artform of printmaking. From curious beginners to those exploring the world of fine art editions, there are all sorts who are making their mark out of printmaking. Pressing Matters Issue 5 is available now at LOREM (not Ipsum). There is a real joy in creating something unexpected from a simple idea. That notion is echoed throughout issue five, be it an Argentinian artist bringing together a series of small printed pieces to create a breathtaking letterpress sculpture.
