Splash & Grab Magazine

Splash & Grab Magazine is a bi-annual photography publication showcasing emerging, global talent. The magazine was founded by Max, Sydney, Dan, Finbar and Jennifer, young photography and graphic design graduates who left university with the same aim, to work in the creative industries. They soon found out that few jobs were available and those that were are unpaid, underpaid and highly competitive. Since even the most successful magazines had to start somewhere, they take the view that if they were going to start at the bottom, we might as well do things our own way. Splash & Grab is a young platform with one objective: to promote new global photography. We believe that as people are becoming more divided photography must be used to increase conversations across borders and between communities. Splash & Grab publishes articles and magazines; curates exhibitions; mentors photographers and works with charities and non-profits. If we are going to start at the bottom, we might as well do things our own way. We are committed to publishing non-exploitative contemporary photography.
