Sindroms magazine from Denmark is a printed journal of monochrome states of mind, currently sold in 14 countries across Europe, Asia and the U.S. Curating its content based on specific colours and investigating them across culture, Sindroms magazine immerses its readers in the feelings and moods evoked by each colour. We take on topics such as the societal pressure of putting on a happy face, inappropriate jokes, emojis, junk food, blonde hair—and so much more—through conceptual, carefully curated editorials, thought pieces, and visual essays. Sindroms was founded by Miruna Sorescu and Ana Teodorel. They started the journey with the colour red in Issue 1 and continued with the Yellow Sindroms issue.
