Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged and the value of a cannot be paid out in cash. A gift card order in our shop or on loremnotipsum.com is binding. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced and they can only be redeemed once, unless the gift card is used as a credit in our shop. They are not personalised and can be transferred to other people. And they are issued in Swiss francs.
