Karten Design Fabrik’s cards are designed and made in Berlin, Germany from the highest quality materials and card stock.
Our most popular material is 350GSM white-grey cardboard, a FSC & PEFC-certified uncoated premium paper with no optical brightener (OBA).
Because of this our cards provide an excellent surface for writing on whether you are using a fountain pen, ballpoint pen, pencil or marker. They do not bleed, there is no ghosting and the quality is evident in their textured and substantial feel.
Karte supports local expertise and craftsmanship with all our cards being printed in a small family business in Kreuzberg, Berlin. We also employ people over machines with each card being individually controlled and packaged by hand.
