Cercle Magazine No. 1 – La Fôret: loremnotipsum.com. Le thème est avant tout un support pour mettre en avant la création artistique contemporaine. Avec un graphisme soigné et varié, Cercle c’est avant tout 6 conversations conduites sous différents angles, 1 portfolio central qui regroupe 10 artistes et des rubriques variées à la sélection rigoureuse. Association à but non lucratif régie par les articles 21 à 79-III du Code Civil Local maintenus en vigueur dans les départements du Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin et Moselle. Le siège de l’association est fixé à Strasbourg et l’association est inscrite au registre des associations du tribunal de Strasbourg. Cette association est composée de 7 personnes travaillant en relation étroite pour la création de ce magazine. L’objet principal de cette association est l’édition d’un magazine, Cercle Magazine. Nos métiers et intérêts respectifs nous permettent d’agir sur de nombreux aspects de la fabrication du magazine : nous prenons en charge l’investigation, la rédaction des articles et interview, le design graphique, la maquette, la photographie, l’illustration, et collaborons avec différents intervenants (illustrateurs, rédacteurs, typographes, photographes et artistes).

Cercle magazine is an independent and thematic publication published once a year. Every year, a new issue. Each issue, a new topic. Cercle tries to gather information around one main topic and to propose a support that values contemporary artistic creation, culture and science. At the core of the project was the observation that social networks were an important part of our lives and that digital development allowed a free and fast exchange of information and images. We therefore wanted to take advantage of these circulatory images and information and aggregate them according to a simple process: restricted selection, printing and publish. Cercle Magazine focuses on the idea of mustering professional, literary, visual, scientific and artistic aspects of one theme per issue, and to propose an inquisitive, playful but also a demanding and inspiring magazine. So far, Cercle Magazine has received support from Fondation Aquatic Show, Syndicat Potentiel, Arte, ESAD Valenciennes, ESAM Caen, HEAR Strasbourg, LISAA Strasbourg, SAFI Maison & Objets, Intuit Lab Paris School, Centre National du Livre, Direction Régionale des affaires Culturelles, Région Grand Est and from Strasbourg Eurométropole.
