We hear from photographer Jesse Burke on journeying into nature with his daughter, Shannon MacLaggan on conscious parenting and yoga and Natalie Dybisz on the benefits of co-sleeping. There are travel essays covering Tuscany, Pisa and Rome, a US road trip and a family holiday to Lanzarote plus recipes, fashion and photography essays that beautifully reveal the realities of parenting.
