Openhouse Magazine issue 19 is available now on loremnotipsum.com. Intimate and personal, haptic and intellectual, the stories and images collected in this issue form a kind of imagitorium, not unlike the thoughtfully curated endeavors of the gallerists presented on these pages: Rosa Park, owner of the Francis Gallery, introduces her most familiar and personal pieces; Trevor Cheney takes us to the universe recreated at The Seventh House in Los Angeles; we also visit the London flat where Kate and Ben Lawrence host The Cold Press, and deepen our discovery of Milan through Henry Timi’s homage to Italian heritage.
Openhouse Magazine is a bi-annually publication, that looks to bright, creative people from around the world, that open their doors of their private spaces to the public, to make different activities about gastronomy, art and design. Printed in Lleida, Openhouse is a magazine of 144 pages, filled with beautiful photography, interesting interviews of people who open special places around the world that the reader can visit and join in with the activities. Openhouse Magazine is also a guide to their secret loved places in their towns, and some favourite recipes. Openhouse is a multi lingual publication; all articles are published in English and the language of the interviewee. Openhouse was started by Andrew Trotter and Mari Luz Vidal, and we are building a small team of collaborators who are designers, writers and photographers from all around the world. We love to hear from new people who have interesting stories to tell about OpenSpaces from near and far.
