Plus Magazine Issue 4 (the Change Issue) is available now on loremnotipsum.com. The fourth issue of Plus welcomes a new art direction and newly added content to celebrate the start of this Change Issue. We visit French artist Jean-Michel Othoniel to reflect on his journey of past and present. Danish architect Dorte Mandrup explores the transition in sustainability and responsibility of architecture. We catch up with British visual artist Claudette Johnson to explore the beauty and power of Black visibility. On one sunny day, we spent a day in London with filmmaker John Akomfrah to speak about how art can be a tool for survival and how utopian visions for the future can be imagined.

Elsewhere in this issue, we unwind insights into Tokyo-based artist Yukimasa Ida’s philosophy of ‘Ichi-go ichi-e’- a once-in- a-lifetime encounter to cherish every moment in our life. Esme Hodsoll talks on personal views of finding beauty in the state of shift. In L.A., visual artist Aaron Jupin opens on consciousness and memories of his works, plus much more.

Plus Magazine is a bi-annual print magazine that explores creativity with mentors and artists. It recognizes established and rising artists across all disciplines with the hope of illuminating the common threads that connect them. In each issue, we feature experienced voices in order to inspire those who are developing their craft and working towards establishing their careers. We extend the same platform to all of our artists and provide them with the same opportunity to share their experiences. As a creative platform, our passion extends beyond the works that these artists produce. We are invested in the stories they carry with them, the journeys that their work takes them on, and the lessons they learn through their process of creating. The first issue was launched November 2019 and the magazine is since then on sale in selected bookstores, shops, museum shops across the world.
