Issue 1 is about Chinatown and features stories on Black Fungus, My Mother’s Dumplings, Onigiri, Pho, Hobakjuk, Stir-Fried Egg and Tomato, and Mochi. Peddler Journal is a recipe-driven multicultural food journal documenting the in-between moments of food – from the ingredients, to the making, the eating, the sharing, and all the small moments in-between.
